SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Full Time Day Shift Administrative Assistant at The Village at Gettysburg in Gettysburg, PA.

Required: A high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities:

• Types, copies, distributes, and files documents as requested.
• Maintains essential licensing documentation for the Senior Living Communities; coordinates reapplication for licensure
• Maintains calendars for the above staff; takes and delivers messages; coordinates schedules and meetings.
• Maintains statistical data for Senior Living division.
• Prepares check requests, applications, travel arrangements, etc. for seminars and publication subscriptions.
